My wife has been angry for the past four years. I understand her anger even if I have not always felt it. Maybe the difference is that she is a person of color and I am not. So she is definitely much happier with today’s news about the election, but I wonder if it will last. Donald Trump only rose to power because a lot of people enabled it. I don’t think the thinking of those people has changed. So I don’t know what will happen next. I don’t see us as a country tackling the challenges we need to face. There are just too many people who are more worried about winning than about our future. But it would be nice is I got by wife back.
